My Mission
We are all athletes. Our bodies and minds were meant for great things and can accomplish incredible feats. Unfortunately the world around us, between sitting at a desk all day and unhealthy food options, makes rising to our potential a daunting process. That is where I come in. I am building holistically healthy athletes from the inside out. Building a physically conditioned body, sound nutrition habits and a solid mindset are all keys to success that go “beyond the game.” At Beyond the Game Training, I help athletes of all ages, and those wishing to live up to their athletic abilities, rise up to their potential.
